We like everything about this hotel. It was a warm and welcoming environment. Staff were very friendly and professional. Not to mention, the valey parking crew is kind, friendly, and very professional. Evertime we ment with them they make us feel welcoming, special and appreciated. They always greet, say thank you, open the door for you, and wish you a nice day. That made our day better and put a smile on our faces. Thanks to the valey parking staff once more for making us feel so welcome. Beautiful environment to go have a enjoying a relaxing trip. Could not ask for anything better.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. We ended up using an Uber from the airport which allowed us to save the $45.00 daily parking fee at the hotel. We used both the pool bar and the restaurant for a couple meals. I loved that we were allowed to check in early and that the hotel allowed us to use the facilities on check out day because we had a late flight. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

I met two ladies at the front desk who were amazing also some of the staff by the restaurant and the restaurant manager it's a guy very polite very kind .next the lady who runs the spa she's saw us struggling with the elevator and helped us amazing because of the staff I will come back to that hotel

The location is excellent!! The staff were amazing and the facility was exceptional!! 20 out of 10 stars 🌟 we're definitely coming back to this hotel for all our trips to Fort Lauderdale. This is what miami beach was like before it was ruined!!
